Preorder items typically take 3-5 weeks to arrive from the United States to Malaysia.

Can I track my order?

Yes, you will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped domestically.

Do you offer express shipping?

Currently, we do not offer express shipping. All orders follow our standard shipping timeline of 3-5 weeks.

Can I pick up my order?

Yes, you can request a pickup by contacting us directly. Location are within Klang Valley and Putrajaya.

What is your return policy?

All sales are final. We only offer store credit for items damaged before usage.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped or are in transit from the US to Malaysia.

What if I receive the wrong item?

If you receive the wrong item, please contact us for a refund or exchange with store credit.

Can I modify my order after it's been placed?

Unfortunately, we cannot modify orders once they have been placed. Please review your order carefully before completing the checkout process.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept various payment methods including credit/debit cards, online payment, and bank transfers, installments (ShopBack, Atome). Special COD for pickup orders. Please choose the option that is most convenient for you at checkout.
